Privacy Policy

FitRaptor ("we", "us", the "App") is a calorie, nutrition and fitness tracking application developed by Indio Gaming. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to keeping your health data private and under your control.

Data You Provide

• Profile: name (optional), age, height, weight, body goals and dietary preferences you enter to personalize calorie targets.
• Food & activity logs: the meals, workouts and lifestyle entries (water, sleep notes) you record.
• Social (optional): if you enable social features, a username and friend connections you create.

Health Data (Apple Health / HealthKit)

With your explicit permission, FitRaptor reads metrics from Apple Health such as steps, active energy, heart-rate variability, sleep and body weight to calculate your energy balance and provide insights.

Health data obtained through HealthKit is never used for advertising or marketing, and is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. You can revoke Health access at any time in the iOS Settings app.

How We Use Your Data

• To estimate calories and macros, calculate your daily targets, and show progress.
• To provide AI-assisted meal recognition from your text descriptions or photos.
• To back up and sync your data across your devices if you sign in.
• To diagnose crashes and improve reliability.

Third-Party Services

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers, only to deliver app features:

• Google Gemini (AI): when you describe or photograph a meal, that text or image is sent to Google's Gemini API to estimate the food and its nutrition. It is processed to return a result and is not used by us to identify you.
• Supabase: if you sign in, your profile, logs and social data are stored in encrypted form for cloud backup and sync.
• RevenueCat: manages subscriptions and purchases (no health data shared).
• Sentry: collects anonymized crash and error reports to improve stability.
• Apple: Sign in with Apple (authentication) and HealthKit (health data, on-device).

Data Storage & Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. Much of your data also lives locally on your device. Cloud-stored health fields are encrypted.

Your Rights & Control

• Reset data: the App lets you erase all your data and start fresh at any time.
• Delete account: you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account).

Children

FitRaptor is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
